Job Title: HR Coordinator (Temporary - 3 Months)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $27-$30 per hour

Position Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Coordinator to support their team on a 3-month temporary assignment in Sacramento. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR background who can jump in quickly and support a range of human resources functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and HR processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment support, and employee questions
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
  • Assist with implementing HR initiatives and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience required
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions (onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
